There is nothing I can add at this point I'm sure, but I think I'm done following new systems. I have my love for RPG's in the blood and this generation isn't even scratching the itch. I think I'm going to finish my retro gaming than just go on to table top games.

Of course, I think that I interpreted the two Soul Reaver games a lot differently than most people. Do tell! It's not really a long academic dissertation or anything. I just see the ultimate story being told as "God DAMN, Raziel is a fucking MORON." He's an egotistical bastard who got cocky over receiving a high class beautiful mutation, when Kane turned into a saggy, scaled wreck. He starts to assume he's an angel and that's why he was cast out. He finds out he was actually a human once, when he goes back in time and brutally slaughters his human self in the past . Then everyone shows up to gloat about how much of an absolute delusional colossal DUMBASS he is. It's just funny as hell to see that this character who is supposed to be this undead ninja-esque uber-badass is actually one of the most idiotic protagonists in the history of video games. |

Aw F-me, I started that CT retranslation again. At least I know I can avoid most conversation until I get to where I was. I think mine is a problem of pacing. That and recognizing that what I feel like in one moment won't reflect what I feel like later. Er...sorry to get back on topic-ish  |

I think it's safe to say that no one on this board has ever been anything close to cool. That's fine by me. The thing is, when I look back on the places I've been associated with over my life, the dirty little secret was this; Absolutely nobody was 'cool' in any remotely imaginable way. Some of them may have been popular, yes, but not anything even in the same galaxy, or any neighboring galaxies, as cool. |

Peter from the old Megaten Haven was irrefutably "cool". I honestly admire the way he lives his life. A bit crazy for bacon...but we all have our quirks.
