It's somewhere between 3DO and N64. Textures still look pretty drab imo. It handles 2D or pseudo 3D graphics much better.

That's a very big statement you made there! I don't know many people who has played N-Gage COD. I remember holding the phone in my hands at some point, but i was less fortunate to play any games on it tbh  . Seems i didn't miss much at all - its 3D rendering capabilities were really poor. Nokia made a revised model a bit later, but no one cared at that point already.. |

i wish they would get rid of the "arcade only" mentality and release it on other platforms because it looks great and not every place has arcades It's a bit lulzy in this day and age, yeah.. but i guess the collectors gonna be laughing last in the end. |

it's awesome seeing old arcade games coming back...even if most sites don't talk about them or the recent more arcadey games. The new ones too! Interested in bying SkyCurser Jamma PCB kit along with the whole cabinet? Let me know how it turned out for you; |

Chime looks interesting, how is Pang Adventures anyways?
is quite short and Chime Sharp is a bit on a hard side, but both quite fun. Pang Adventures? Tbh, i actually only briefly tried the original arcade Pang, it seemed ok. Guess, Adventures is just expanded version of that with some extras and all that. Just check some vids, if in doubt as always. |

Also, the thread General Chat Redux in Off Topic hasn't also been seeing any activity for almost a month which happens to be one of the more used threads here on the forums. I'm assuming something is responible for this. I figure either the Discord thing on the main site is being used for discussions or the forums are getting an upgrade or something else like it might be deleted. Just curious what's going on. Yeah, some just jumped on the latest technology trends and shifted their "trash-talk" onto the Discord without further notice, including those, you thought, they left years ago. I guess, if you find someone to talk to, you're ready for anything. Which wasn't the case in the forums sometimes |
