I believe this was just announced today.
Anyway, as you can see from the trailer, it's being developed by CyberConnect 2 (for better or for worse), published by Namco Bandai, and looks to cover parts one to seven of the manga (all of the completed parts I do believe, someone correct me if I'm wrong there). This will probably never see the light of day here, but I believe I just found my first import.

For PS3 only? Oh, come on! Just like One Piece: Pirate Warriors. What's the big deal, BandaiNamco? Does Xbox360 not exist for you anymore?

For PS3 only? Oh, come on! Just like One Piece: Pirate Warriors. What's the big deal, BandaiNamco? Does Xbox360 not exist for you anymore? It's an anime game. The market for anime games that aren't shmups on the 360 is extremely small even in the west, let alone in Japan where hardly anybody owns a 360. It's the same reason why Cave shmups never have PS3 versions: 95% of their audience consists of 360 owners, so PS3 development would be pointless.

Because it isn't a Nintendo game or a collection of Wiimote minigames.

Heck, even Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage was released for Xbox360.

But we did get 360 Tales of Vesperia and not PS3 Tales of Vesperia. For the first few years of the 360's life, Microsoft made a big push to get jRPGs on the system, and Vesperia was one of those games. But popular anime francises like Gundam, Naruto, Dragonball and so on are released for both PS3 and Xbox360. Heck, even Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage was released for Xbox360. The key word being popular. Naruto, Dragonball and Gundam are widely known and have enough popularity in the west that making 360 versions is a no-brainer. Fist of the North Star is actually an anomaly, as it is quite surprising that it was released in the west at all.If JoJo sells well enough in Japan and they think the game has a chance in the west, they very well might make a 360 port just to maximize potential sales, but given how obscure JoJo is in the west, it's not likely to get a western release at all, let alone a 360 port. If the game is probably going to stay in Japan, why would they bother making a 360 version if 90% of the market owns a PS3?

Whether this game comes out in the US or not, I wouldn't mind playing it. JJBA kicks ass. Plus there's a number of characters I look forward to seeing in action for the first time; like Jolyne Kujo and Santana, to name a couple.
