If it's easily fixable, then why in the hell is it such a bad state by default? This was probably a rush job by Sony to get it out for the Christmas sales. I think so too. Just a quick, haphazard cash grab. As if they didn't put a lot of thought or resources into it, maybe just select a D-team staff of 5 people to throw it together. The interface is very basic compared to the NES and SNES Classic. It's the kind of thing you would see someone turn in as a lazy, basic college assignment for computer programming class, with a barely passing C-grade. Just use a pre-existing emulator, throw in some ISO's, sadly more than half which seem to be PAL, package and ship. It seems to run NTSC version games okay.

Wasn't it made by AtGames instead of inhouse, or do I mix something up here?

Wasn't it made by AtGames instead of inhouse, or do I mix something up here? It's not listed on AtGames website, and wherever I look "Sony Interactive Entertainment" is listed as the sole developer.

Wasn't it made by AtGames instead of inhouse, or do I mix something up here? Sega was originally going to release one of AtGames' Genesis systems in Japan as a "Mega Drive Mini" but scrapped those plans in September. Now they're working with an unspecified Japanese company for a new world world product.

I guess I simply remembered people bringing them up then as a cheeky way to say the PSClassic is bad enough they might as well have done it instead of Sony themselves.
