Play Ghost Squad a lot still plug it in sometimes, play the max score route and get better.
Gunblade NY & LA Machineguns, decent lightgun shooter dont play it as often as Ghost Squad or HOTD 2, but still get's play.
HOTD 2 & 3, mostly play 2 since I play 3 on Xbox with 2 shotguns (transformable snipers), and Im to lazy to hook up the lightgun for the dreamcast since I don't want to go through the boxes with hardware stuff.
HOTD Overkill, Like all the other lightgun games and rail shooters play those a lot
Sin & Punishment: Star Succesor I replay the last stage all the time, that boss gauntlet is probably the best part of the game.
Coutner Force is antoher rail shooer, saw it in the arcades a few times as Ex-Zeus. Not one of the higher quality titles and I don't really like mechs.
MadWorld gets some replay, it feels like Shadow of Rome with lesser fighting system... but I love the designs and re-fighting some bosses from time to time.
No More Heroes and No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle, No More Heroes should have a "VS Boss" mode like in Desperate Struggle, like to play that mode on DS and still doing that every now and then, No More Heroes had better bosses... but I dont wanna play through the game again for the 6th time to get to the boss fights.
Spyborgs has the issues of a western 3d Beat'em Up but I enjoyed it, still looking for those damn invisible tapes! But haven't touched it in a while.
Pirates Plundarrr is a slightly inferior castle crashers rip off type of belt scroller, theres some cool weapons in it. Art direction is pretty bad though.
Red Steel 2, I like this one reminds me of a First Person slasher (flashbacks of Maken X while playing this game). Swordfighting is fun, could get a little more attention to get an adequate fighting system but the wii controls work, theres a bit of lack on boss fights, but the bosses who are there are fantasticly designed it reminds me of Moebius work. I redo a bit of the stage to do a boss fight from time to time.
Soul Calibur Legends I actually play this haha... Finished it once wasnt THAT bad.
Saint like a budget shmup based on a chinese manhua comic hehe.
Sengoku Basara 2 + Heroes
Same formula as always, played this in multiplayer a lot but barely touched it lately.
Toshinden isnt that bad, took me a while to figure out you have to buy your character moveset in the combo make menu, and then yo ucan make those chain combo's.
Twinkle Queen is a decent 2d Fighter... but I havent really touched it in fear of all the loli art direction aaargh...
Zangeki no Reginleiv is like Earth Defense game... Probably my favorite japanese import.
Captain Rainbow... all sorts of dissaspointments for me... Guess you have to be a japanese speaking nintendo fan to enjoy this parody.
Ougon no Kizuna this game is buggy freezes a lot, its a few generations too late. But Its kinda like Sengoku Basara with some small rpg elements and huge ass boss fights, and fucked up frame rate and enemies who appear out of nothing very close near you
Wiiware
Zombie Panic in Wonderland is a decent Wild Guns type of game, replay it often as wit hall of these type of games.
Eco Shooter: Plant 530 another Lightgun shooter, play this one the least probably of the eco theme. Its has some decent mechanics though.
GhostSlayer is rail slasher, its pretty fun game. Ok it cannot compare to Konami's Tsurugi: The Sword or Namcos Mazan: Flash of the Blade which are arcade quality lightsword games (for the lack of better word for the term ).
Rage of the Gladiator is some arena type of wiimote slashing, works great with the motion controls, hate the art direction for it though.
Overturn is a fun little Virtual On type of game, never played it online though.
Onslaught is a Japanese FPS and one I like as the emphasis is on scoring and fast paced gameplay (without it being a deathmatch game).
Tomena Sanner is a quirky little japanese title I havent actually touched it al lthat much but it looks vibrant
Castlevania The Adventure Rebirth ok not such a big fan, but it isn't bad.
Contra Rebirth I liked it better then Contra 4, I play this one from time to time.
Frobot is a funny puzzler with some action segments, and enough boss fgiths to satisfy my needs.
Pole's Big Adventure is a Japanese SEGA wiiware title that parodies their rivals and theirselves. It isn't great gameplay wise but it's immensly great fun for the gags if you can manage to get this one.
Discipline, now this is some weird fuckign game that at one point should've gotten a western release by Xseed, but they dropped out of it (wyrdward please change their minds again!). The brain behind this, Kazutoshi Iida is working @ Grasshopper Manufacture now, but this is some twisted little adventure game with reminince to Kenji Eno's sound stuff, as it plays a big part in this game. Your trapped in a prison which you need to escape and u use this David Cronenberg-like machine to spray fluid and that effects sound its really bizarre. There used to be a playthrough of this on youtube, wanted to psot it here but theyve been taken off unfortunately, here are some scans:
What Im looking forward too is mostly Wiiware stuff now:
Ark of Sinners looks like a decent platformer in the Ninja Gaiden vein, Horizon Riders is a rail Shooter like the wiiware version of Sin & Punishment and La-Mulana remake.
I might try Last Story in the future, looks more Hack 'n Slash-y then your usual RPG and maybe Muramasa but Im reluctant to try that one since I heard its grind-y?
And for a change Im actually looking forward to a lot of new games on Ps3/Xb360 with Shadows of the Damned, Anarchy Reigns, Asura's Wrath, El Shaddai, Ninja Gaiden III, Rise of Nightmares, Project Draco, Child of Eden, Codename D, Mortal Kombat, Moondiver, Lucha Fury.
