A 32-bit Shadowrun that combined the best bits from the SNES, MD and MCD ones would've been cool. Turn-based or maybe real-time with pause combat.
Lost Vikings 3 or a remake with split screen MP like in Toejam & Earl and slightly more forgiving mechanics when it comes to death.
Would like to see Space Quest 2-3 VGA remakes (the fan one for 2 could've been better imo) that remove the bullshit.
Some Amiga games that were a bit too ahead of their time and could've used a remake or sequel:
Hunter - Proto GTA
Stunt Car Racer - The trackmania of its day
Midwinter 1-2
Exile - Metroid+physics
Lost Patrol - The Spec Ops: The Line of its day
Liberation: Captive 2
