I was hoping SNK would bring back Crystalis or The Super Spy. Or Samurai Shodown RPG II for mobiles. I'm not an RPG fan, but current trends don't ask many questions.

You know, I don't think I've ever seen anyone say that they didn't like Chrono Trigger. I can't like a game that I've never played before. I never played it 'cause i never wanted to play it i guess. Having said that, i tend to believe different taste ultimately leads to fewer posting on these boards.

There is a slew of early Wii games that are ports of PS2 ones, that not just have motion controls on the Wii, but don't offer the "normal" control scheme of the sister game as an option. Always made me wonder if Nintendo for the first years had Third Parties contractionally obligated to mandatorily use the console's gimmick controls, if they wanted to develop for/port to it. Surely Nintendo could've offered the GameCube controls in Twilight Princess Wii as an option, but nope, they had to force the motion controls. You got it!

One thing i loved the most about PlayStations, is their gamepads. They're most comfortable for me design-wise. I still got functional original PS3 Sixaxis, which was discontinued in '08?, so more or less a decade lasting, what i can't say the same about a PS2.

Look at the faces, pretty cartoony. The color pallet, more solid shading. Looks almost like a saturday morning cartoon. The Main Cast, especially Max. And R.Bear, Zamza, Ababade, Jet (clearly inpired by jet link/Cyborg002 fromCyborg009), the knife punk. Just look a their faces! Oh yeah, Zamza. You can clearly see who's under that mask now:

It's a shame there wasn't something like that for 3 though, one thing I've realized over the years is that it was a huge missed opportunity for 3 that you never actually revisit any locations from the first game (save for the Lakeside Amusement Park) which would have made a lot of sense thematically, instead they reuse assets from Silent Hill 2, probably for budget/time reasons. To be honest, 3rd is my favorite of all SHs i've played, i remember that game most fondly and i don't mind them reusing the assets at all.

Bumpyroad : Wait, what's Silent Hill 3: Vincent's Confession? An imaginary expansion of mine in a similar vein to SH 2: Restless Dreams.

As VGJUNK puts it: "Here’s the trophy being modelled by six-time world champion Steve Davis. Ha ha, look, he’s got the trophy on his head! Zany or what?! Steve Davis, a man whose image was so boring and reserved even by the popular conception of snooker players that it earned him the ironic nickname “Interesting.” To his credit, Steve Davis has a good sense of humour about this and by people who watch snooker (myself included) he’s very well-liked." "It’s a good job Steve Davis is well-liked, because here he is again, his helmet of ginger hair so firmly affixed that it could deflect a strike from a broadsword. I know he’s squinting to help line up his shot, but this is a much more enjoyable image if you pretend Steve’s practising his Roger Moore impression. You must get a lot of snooker players going to costume parties as James Bond. They already own most of the outfit, after all."
