I definitely prefer NES version of Gyruss over loopy arcade original. It features the whole Solar System planets, has bosses, more (different) enemies and an ending. Then you're really going to like the FDS version because it's the same as the NES one, but it has a story intro and story ending. I'm aware of that Rey. Played both versions. Lean towards NES one now, when i want to replay it, due to a quicker loading.

Just finished World Heroes 1 and 2. SO MUCH BETTER! Yeah, they're as pedestrian as the first Fatal Furys to me, with a probable exception of WH 2 Jet. I never did get the hate for Fatal Fury either or the love for Street Fighter foot fetish . The series really start to pick up after FF 3 with Garou: Mark of the Wolves being one of the best 2D fighters of the decade. The only one i haven't played yet is Real Bout Fatal Fury Special: Dominated Mind and Fatal Fury: Wild Ambition is pretty crappy i have to admit. I don't know, maybe plane-shifting mechanic or the 'few frames missing' home ports put most people off, but later games can be quite fun if you invest some time in them. I prefer Fatal Fury to, say.. Art of Fighting for instance, those are too hard and too diverse imo.

Well, i ended up in Top 10s a few times just by doing Google "Search by image" type of affair. Didn't get a notice . The bad thing is - you kinda lose interest in all that after a while.

Do saturn games need to be in a particular format for retroarch? Seems weird I can't load a single one. Bin/Cue and ccd cd format, at least that's what Mednafen recognizes. It reads Iso/cue with extracted music tracks in Wave format, but it all depends on the correct image dump i guess.

Does it have any recording or sound debug options though? 1. How do I use command line options? 2. Where can I check what for example "0x0 53" means in terms of keyboard keys? I don't have a US keyboard. Try to use GUIs like MedGui or MedLaunch to see if there're some, 'cause i do not know. Doesn't RetroArch give you any if using Mednafen core? For anything else refer to Mednafen documentation. It might take awhile to figure things out tho

Try Mednafen with a front-end if you need it. Yabause hasn't been updated for 2 years now.

I was thinking about Gizmondo games, but i usually try to avoid using 'always', 'never', 'ever' etc. these days. Learned a lesson the hard way.
